The L9997ND is a dual half bridge driver from STMicroelectronics that is designed to drive various loads, including DC motors. The chip has very low quiescent current and features protection against undervoltage and overvoltage conditions. It also includes real time diagnostic functions.

The VN610SP is a monolithic device made using STMicroelectronics VIPower M0-3 technology. It is intended for driving resistive or inductive loads with one side connected to ground. Active VCC pin voltage clamp protects the device against low energy spikes (see ISO7637 transient compatibility table). This device integrates an analog current sense which delivers a current proportional to the load current (according to a known ratio). Active current limitation combined with thermal shutdown and automatic restart protect the device against over-load. Device automatically turns off in case of ground pin disconnection.

VND600SP is a double channel high-side solid state relay with features including DC short circuit current of 25A, CMOS compatible inputs, proportional load current sense, under-voltage and over-voltage shutdown, over-voltage clamp, thermal shutdown, current limitation, very low standby power consumption, protection against loss of ground and loss of VCC, and reverse battery protection.

L9380 is a three-channel N-channel high-side switch driver from STMicroelectronics. It is designed to replace relays in automotive electronic control units.

The VN460SP is a single-channel high-side smart solid-state relay with a rated output current of 25A and a rated voltage of 36V. The product uses SGS-THOMSON Vertical Intelligent Power Technology and is intended for driving resistive or inductive loads with one side connected to ground. Built-in thermal shutdown protects the chip from over temperature and short circuit. The control input is 5V CMOS logic level compatible.
