28/40/44-pin Enhanced Flash Microcontrollers with ECAN™ Technology, 10-Bit A/D and nanoWatt Technology
MICROCHIP AN616 handbook
This document describes the basic issues that need to be addressed in order to implement digital signal processing systems using the PIC16C74 and provides application code modules and examples for DTMF tone generation, a 60 Hz notch filter, and a simple PID compensator for control systems. These routines can also be used with other PIC16C6X and PIC16C7XXX processors with minor modifications and the addition of external analog I/O devices.
MICROCHIP TC4426A/TC4427A/TC4428A Manual
This file is about TC4426A/TC4427A/TC4428A's datasheet, which introduces the features and characteristics of the product, including high peak output current, input voltage range, capacitive load driving capability, delay time, rise and fall time, supply current, output impedance, high voltage protection, reverse current protection, negative input protection, ESD protection, etc.
MICROCHIP MCP1827/MCP1827S handbook
The MCP1827/MCP1827S is a 1.5A Low Dropout (LDO) linear regulator that provides high current and low output voltages. The MCP1827 comes in a fixed or adjustable output voltage version, with an output voltage range of 0.8V to 5.0V. The 1.5A output current capability, combined with the low output voltage capability, make the MCP1827 a good choice for new sub-1.8V output voltage LDO applications that have high current demands. The MCP1827S is a 3-pin fixed output voltage version, with an output voltage range of 0.8V to 5.0V.
MICROCHIP TC7660 handbook
The TC7660 is an integrated circuit that uses two external capacitors to convert a +1.5V to +10V input to a corresponding -1.5V to -10V output, replacing the industry standard 7660 charge pump voltage converter.
MICROCHIP TC1232 handbook
The TC1232 is a fully-integrated processor supervisor that provides three important functions to safeguard processor sanity: precision power on/off reset control, watchdog timer and external reset override. It has an adjustable voltage monitor and watchdog timer, and does not require external components. It ensures that the processor remains in the reset state for 250 milliseconds after a stable system startup. It also monitors the normal operation of the processor and issues a reset signal when the processor is out of control. When the PB input is brought low by an external push button switch or other electronic signal, the outputs of the TC1232 are immediately driven active.
