The XC6203E series are highly precise, low power consumption, positive voltage regulators manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The series provides large currents with a significantly small dropout voltage. The XC6203E consists of a driver transistor, a precision reference voltage and an error amplifier. The XC62FP series is a group of positive voltage output, three-pin regulators, that provide a high current even when the input/output voltage differential is small. Low power consumption and high accuracy is achieved through CMOS and laser trimming technologies. TOREX XC2173 series

The XC2173 series are high frequency, low power consumption CMOS ICs with built-in crystal oscillator, divider and clock multiplier PLL circuits. Output is selectable from any one of the following values for f0 : f0 x 5, f0 x 6, f0 x 7, f0 x 8, f0/2, f0/4, f0/8. With an oscillation capacitor & oscillation feedback resistor built-in, a stable oscillator circuit can be put together using only an external crystal oscillator. By connecting an external standard clock, the above mentioned output frequencies can be achieved.

TOREX XC6216/XE6216Series Voltage Regulators with Stand-by Function - Input Voltage: 28V handbook

XC6216/XE6216 series voltage regulators are positive voltage regulator ICs with 28V of operation voltage. The series consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a current limiter, a thermal shutdown circuit and a phase compensation circuit plus a driver transistor. The output voltage is selectable in 100mV increments within the range of 2.0V to 12V using laser trimming technologies. With external resistors, the output voltage range can be expanded from 2.0V to 23V. The series’ output stabilization capacitor (CL) is also compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors. The over current protection circuit and the thermal shutdown circuit are built-in. These two protection circuits will operate when the output current exceeds the specified current in the product datasheet.
