The XC61C series are highly precise, low power consumption voltage detectors, manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. Detect voltage is extremely accurate with minimal temperature drift. Both CMOS and N-channel open drain output configurations are available.

The XC62G series is a highly precise, low power consumption positive voltage regulator manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. It achieves high output currents with low input-output voltage differentials. The series includes a high precision voltage reference, an error correction circuit, and an output driver with current limitation. It exhibits good transient responses and stable output even during load changes. It also has high ripple rejection ratios and can be used with low power supply noise. The CE input allows the output to be turned off, reducing power consumption. It is available in SOT-25 (150mW) and SOT-89-5 (500mW) packages.

The XC6203E series are highly precise, low power consumption, positive voltage regulators manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The series provides large currents with a significantly small dropout voltage. The XC6203E consists of a driver transistor, a precision reference voltage and an error amplifier. Output voltage is selectable in 0.1V steps between a voltage of 1.8V and 6.0V. SOT-89 (500mW), SOT-223 (1200mW) and TO-92 (300mW) package.

The XC62FP series is a group of positive voltage output, three-pin regulators, that provide a high current even when the input/output voltage differential is small. Low power consumption and high accuracy is achieved through CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The XC62FP consists of a high-precision voltage reference, an error amplification circuit, and a current limited output driver. The XC2173 series are high frequency, low power consumption CMOS ICs with built-in crystal oscillator, divider and clock multiplier PLL circuits. Output is selectable from any one of the following values for f0 : f0 x 5, f0 x 6, f0 x 7, f0 x 8, f0/2, f0/4, f0/8. With an oscillation capacitor & oscillation feedback resistor built-in, a stable oscillator circuit can be put together using only an external crystal oscillator. By connecting an external standard clock, the above mentioned output frequencies can be achieved.

XC6216/XE6216 series voltage regulators are positive voltage regulator ICs with 28V of operation voltage. The series consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a current limiter, a thermal shutdown circuit and a phase compensation circuit plus a driver transistor. The output voltage is selectable in 100mV increments within the range of 2.0V to 12V using laser trimming technologies. With external resistors, the output voltage range can be expanded from 2.0V to 23V. The series’ output stabilization capacitor (CL) is also compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors. The over current protection circuit and the thermal shutdown circuit are built-in. These two protection circuits will operate when the output current exceeds the specified current in the product datasheet.

The XC6201 series is a highly precise, low power consumption, positive voltage regulator manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The series provides large currents with a significantly small dropout voltage. The XC6201 consists of a current limiter circuit, a driver transistor, a precision reference voltage, and an error amplifier. Output voltage is selectable in 0.1V steps between 1.3V ~ 6.0V. SOT-25 (250mW), SOT-89 (500mW), and TO-92 (300mW) packages are available.
