Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C8 RRHT Threaded Column is a high-speed reversed-phase HPLC column designed for higher pressure operation (up to 600 bar) and packed with a high-performance microparticulate C8 packing. The column utilizes the eXtra-Dense Bonding (XDB) technology to bond organo-silane ligands to an ultra-pure silica support, and employs double endcapping to protect the support from dissolution in mobile phases of intermediate and higher pH. It is especially useful for the separation of acidic, basic, and other highly polar compounds by reversed-phase liquid chromatography.
