MITSUBISHI SEMICONDUCTOR M63840P/FP/KP Manual

The M63840P/FP/KP is a unit with eight circuits, made of input inverters and current-sourcing outputs. The outputs consist of PNP transistors and NPN Darlington transistors. The inputs have a resistance of 10kΩ and can handle voltages up to 15V. The maximum output current is 500mA. The supply voltage VS is a maximum of 40V. The M63840FP/KP is enclosed in a molded small flat package, allowing for space-saving design. It features output clamping diodes and a wide operating temperature range (Ta=-40～+85℃).
