MITSUBISHI SEMICONDUCTOR M81016P/FP/KP Manual

M81016 is an 8-channel D-type flip-flop driver with a breakdown voltage of up to 40V and a drain output current of 200mA. It has a common direct clear input and a common clock input, and 8 identical circuit units are composed of D-type flip-flop logic circuits and high voltage NchMOS output transistors. It is used for LED drive.
