The 34980A Multifunction Switch/Measure Unit is a high-performance, cost-effective switch and measurement solution for medium-density to high-density switch/measurement applications such as design verification, functional testing, and data acquisition. It provides up to 560 2-line multiplexer channels or 1024 matrix crosspoints, and 11 measurements including temperature, AC or DC voltage, resistance, frequency, current, and special measurements. The instrument features built-in signal conditioning and modular flexibility to provide the required resolution, repeatability, speed, and accuracy.
