DALLAS DS2153Q E1 Single-Chip Transceiver handbook
The DS2153Q T1 Single-Chip Transceiver (SCT) contains all of the necessary functions for connection to E1 lines. The onboard clock/data recovery circuitry coverts the AMI/HDB3 E1 waveforms to a NRZ serial stream. The DS2153 automatically adjusts to E1 22 AWG (0.6 mm) twisted-pair cables from 0 to 1.5 km. The device can generate the necessary G.703 waveshapes for both 75-ohm and 120-ohm cables. The onboard jitter attenuator (selectable to either 32 bits or 128 bits) can eliminate jitter, ensuring high-quality reception.

DS2121A LVD SCSI Terminator is a Low Voltage Differential (LVD) terminator produced by Dalsemi. It supports Ultra2, Ultra3, and Ultra 160 LVD-only SCSI, and can provide LVD termination for 9 signal line pairs. The tolerance on SE and LVD termination resistance is not more than 5%. Its power-down capacitance is only 3 pF. It has onboard thermal shutdown circuitry and is SCSI bus hot plug compatible. It can be widely used in various electronic devices.

The DS2120A Ultra3 LVD SCSI Terminator is a Low Voltage Differential (LVD) terminator. If the device is connected in an LVD-only bus, the DS2120A will use LVD termination. If any single-ended (SE) or high-voltage differential (HVD) devices are connected to the bus, the DS2120A will isolate itself from the SCSI bus. This is accomplished automatically inside the part by sensing the voltage on the SCSI bus DIFFSENS line. For the LVD termination, the DS2120A integrates two current sources with nine precision resistor strings. Three DS2120A terminators are needed for a wide SCSI bus.
