Si1022R is a Vishay Siliconix new product, a N-channel 60-V (D-S) MOSFET. It features low on-resistance (1.25 Ω), low threshold (2.5 V), low input capacitance (30 pF), fast switching speed (25 ns), low input and output leakage, miniature package, low offset voltage, low-voltage operation, high-speed circuits, low error voltage, and small board area. It is suitable for driving relays, solenoids, lamps, hammers, displays, memories, transistors, etc., and battery operated systems and solid-state relays.

U Series capacitors are C0G (NP0) chip capacitors specially designed for Ultra low ESR for applications in the communications market. Max ESR and effective capacitance are met on each value producing lot to lot uniformity. Sizes available are EIA chip sizes 0603, 0805, and 1210.

This document describes 12 NTC SMD thermistors with nickel barrier termination, suitable for surface mounting applications. They are widely used for temperature compensation and temperature control of printed circuits. The nickel barrier metallization provides excellent solderability and enables the chip to meet the requirements of the most severe soldering processes.
