This document describes the features and characteristics of the CE SRF1020 to SRF1620 (single chip) Chenyi Electronics Schottky Barrier Rectifier, including reverse voltage range, forward current, plastic package with Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0, metal silicon junction, overvoltage protection, low power loss, high efficiency, high current capability, low forward voltage drop, single rectifier construction, high surge capability, and applications in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling, and polarity protection.

This document describes the features and characteristics of CE BZX97/C 2V4 THRU BZX97/C 51 CHENYI ELECTRONICS 0.5W SILICON PLANAR ZENER DIODES. The diodes are made of silicon planar structure and the zener voltage is graded according to the international E24 standard. Other voltage tolerances are available upon request.

The GBPC25005 THRU GBPC2510 is a single-phase silicon passivated bridge rectifier produced by Shanghai Chenyi Electronics Co., Ltd. Its rated voltage is 50 to 1000V and its rated current is 25A. Its maximum recurrent peak reverse voltage is 50 to 1000V, its maximum average forward rectified current is 25A, its maximum peak forward surge current is 300A, its maximum instantaneous forward voltage is 1.1V, its maximum DC reverse voltage is 10.0V, and its operating temperature range is -55 to +175℃. Its storage and operating temperature range is -55 to +175℃.

The 1N4001-1N4007 is a general purpose plastic rectifier produced by Chenyi Electronics. It has a reverse voltage of 50 to 1000 volts and a forward current of 1.0 ampere. The plastic package has Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0 certification and uses a void-free molded plastic technique. The product has low reverse leakage current, high forward surge current capability and high temperature soldering guarantee.
