  • TEXAS INSTRUMENTS SLTS206C handbook

The PTH03020W is a 3.3V input 22A, 3.3V input non-isolated wide-output voltage adjustable power module from TI, which has high performance, small size and industry-leading features.

  • TEXAS INSTRUMENTS SLTS226A handbook

The PTB78520W is a 20-A rated, wide-input (18-60 V) isolated DC/DC converter that incorporates Auto-Track™ power-up sequencing. This allows these modules to simultaneously power up with any other downstream non-isolated, Auto- Track compliant module. The PTB78520W module provides two outputs, each regulated to the same voltage. During power up, the voltage at ‘VO Bus’ rises first, allowing this output to provide input power to any downstream non-isolated module. The voltage from ‘VO Seq’ is then allowed to rise simulta- neously, under the control of Auto-Track, along with the outputs from the down- stream modules.

  • TEXAS INSTRUMENTS SLTS213C handbook

This product is a 5V input non-isolated wide-output adjust power module from Texas Instruments. It has a 6A output current, an output voltage adjustable range of 0.8V to 3.6V, an efficiency of up to 95%, a power density of 135W/in³, on/off inhibit and pre-bias startup functions, and an operating temperature range of -40 to +85 °C. It also has auto-track, output over-current protection, and other functions.

  • TEXAS INSTRUMENTS SLTS221 handbook

The document introduces the features and characteristics of the 6-A non-isolated DDR/QDR memory bus termination modules product, including VTT bus termination output, 6 A output current, 3.3-V, 5-V or 12-V input voltage, DDR & QDR compatibility, on/off inhibit (for VTT standby), under-voltage lockout, operating temperature, efficiency, power density, output over-current protection, safety agency approvals, etc.

  • TEXAS INSTRUMENTS PTH04000W handbook

The PTH04000W is a highly integrated, low-cost switching regulator module that delivers up to 3 A of output current. Occupying a small PCB area, the PTH04000W provides output current at a high efficiency and with minimal power dissipation, thereby eliminating the need for a heat sink. Their small size (0.75 inch × 0.5 inch), high efficiency, and low cost makes these modules practical for a variety of applications. The input voltage range of the PTH04000W is from 3 V to 5.5 V, allowing operation from either a 3.3 V or 5.5 V input voltage.

  • TEXAS INSTRUMENTS TPIC1021 handbook

The TPIC1021 is the LIN (Local Interconnect Network) physical interface, which integrates the serial transceiver with wake up and protection features. The LIN bus is a single wire, bi-directional bus typically used for low-speed in-vehicle applications.

  • TEXAS INSTRUMENTS TRS3318 2.5-V 460-kbps RS-232 TRANSCEIVER WITH ±15-kV ESD PROTECTION handbook

The TRS3318 is a single-chip RS-232 transceiver from TI that supports a data rate of 460kbps and has integrated ESD protection. The operating supply voltage range is 2.25V-3V.

  • TEXAS INSTRUMENTS SLTS028B handbook

The PT5100 modules are a series of economical, easy-to-use 1-A positive step-down, Integrated Switching Regulators (ISRs). These ISRs are compatible with most TO-220 style linear regulators, and when employed as a linear replacement, provide significant benefits in both efficiency and power dissipation. They are recommended for use in a wide variety of on-board power regulation applications. These include computer, data storage, industrial controls, and battery powered equipment. Modules are laser-trimmed for optimal output voltage accuracy, and exhibit excellent line and load regulation. The PT5100 also features output current limiting and thermal shutdown protection.

  • TEXAS INSTRUMENTS SLTS139 handbook(1)

The PT5071 is a 1.5-ampere rated step-up/step-down Integrated Switching Regulator (ISR) that provides a tightly regulated 12V output voltage from a 7V to 16V variable input source. This high-performance ISR has applications in systems where the input voltage straddles the desired 12V output. The regulator has an adjustable output voltage and input start-up threshold, and a standby function for power conservation.

  • TEXAS INSTRUMENTS SLTS174A handbook

The PT5810 Excalibur™ series of integrated switching regulators (ISRs) combines outstand- ing power density with a comprehensive list of features. They are an ideal choice for applications where board space is a premium and performance cannot be compromised.

  • TEXAS INSTRUMENTS UCC27223 handbook

UCC27223 is a high-speed synchronous buck driver for today’s high-efficiency, lower-output voltage designs. Using Predictive Gate Drive® (PGD) control technology, these drivers reduce diode conduction and reverse recovery losses in the synchronous rectifier MOSFET(s). The UCC27223 includes an enable pin that controls the operation of both outputs. A logic latch is also included to keep both outputs low until the first PWM input pulse comes in. The RDS(on) of the SR pull-down sourcing device is also minimized for higher frequency operations. This closed loop feedback loop also improves driver stability and efficiency.

  • TEXAS INSTRUMENTS UCC2541 handbook

This document is the UCC2541 datasheet, which introduces the main features and characteristics of the product, including high-efficiency synchronous buck operation, dual ±3-A TrueDrive outputs, an on-board programmable oscillator, TR input, parallel average current mode control loop, 3 modes to support 2.7-V to 35-V input bias, output stage reverse current protection, user programmable shutdown, ±1.0% initial tolerance bandgap reference, high bandwidth error amplifiers, thermally enhanced HTSSOP 20-pin PowerPAD package and QFN-32 pin, synchronization input, and support for pre-bias applications

  • TEXAS INSTRUMENTS UCC25705 UCC25706 UCC35705 UCC35706 handbook

This document introduces the UCC35705 and UCC35706 devices, which are 8-pin voltage mode primary side controllers with fast over-current protection. They are used as core high-speed building blocks in high performance isolated and non-isolated power converters. UCC35705/UCC35706 devices feature a high speed oscillator with integrated feed-forward compensation for improved converter performance. A typical current sense to output delay time of 25ns provides fast response to overload conditions. The IC also provides an accurate programmable maximum duty cycle clamp for increased protection which can also be disabled for the oscillator to run at maximum possible duty cycle. Two UVLO options are offered. The UCC35705 with lower turn-on voltage is intended for dc-to-dc converters while the higher turn-on voltage and the wider UVLO range of the UCC35706 is better suited for offline applications. The UCC35705/UCC35706 family is offered in 8-pin MSOP (DGK), SOIC (D) and PDIP (P) packages.
