The EZ-USB FX1™ USB Microcontroller is a full-speed USB peripheral controller that integrates a USB transceiver, Serial Interface Engine (SIE), and enhanced 8051 microprocessor. It is upgradable to the FX2LP (CY7C68013A) with pin compatibility, object code compatibility, and functional compatibility. The FX1 is suitable for bus powered applications and draws no more than 65 mA in any mode. Its software can run from internal RAM, which can be downloaded via USB, loaded from EEPROM, or an external memory device. The FX1 has 16 KBytes of on-chip code/data RAM and multiple programmable endpoints with buffering options. The LM7341 is a RRIO input and output amplifier in a small SOT-23 package with a wide supply voltage and temperature range. The amplifier has a 4.6 MHz gain bandwidth and a 1.9 volt per microsecond slew rate, and draws 0.75 mA of supply current at no load. The LM7341 is tested at -40°C, 125°C and 25°C with modern automatic test equipment. Detailed performance specifications at 2.7V, ±5V, and ±15V and over a wide temperature range make the LM7341 a good choice for automotive, industrial, and other demanding applications. The LM7341's input common mode range is greater than RRIO, with a minimum 76 dB of common mode rejection at ±15V, making it a good choice for both high side and low side sensing applications. The LM7341's performance is consistent over a wide voltage range, making the part useful for applications where the supply voltage can change, such as automotive electrical systems and battery powered electronics. The LM7341 uses a small SOT23-5 package, which takes up little board space, and can be placed near signal sources to reduce noise pickup.

The A8434 is a high-efficiency charge pump IC that offers a simple, low-cost white LED driver solution for driving up to six WLEDs in various application configurations. It can be used to backlight a single display with all six LEDs or to backlight multiple displays, such as using four LEDs for the main display and the other two for a sub display or flash/torch. The A8434 utilizes a proprietary control scheme (1×, 1.5×, and 2×) to deliver well-matched WLED current while maintaining high efficiency and low EMI. The WLED current is regulated over the entire range of Li+ battery voltage to provide uniform intensity. The brightness and on/off of the WLEDs for the main display and sub display/torch can be controlled through 2 single-wire serial interface pins. The A8434 is available in a space-conserving QFN/MLP-16 ES package with a 3×3 mm footprint. Applications include white LED backlights for cellular phones, PDAs, digital cameras, camcorders, portable audio devices, and MP3 players.

bq2012 is a battery gas gauge IC from bq company. It is designed for battery pack or in-system installation to maintain an accurate record of available battery charge. The IC monitors a voltage drop across a sense resistor connected in series between the negative battery terminal and ground to determine charge and discharge activity of the battery. Self-discharge of NiMH and NiCd batteries is estimated based on an internal timer and temperature sensor. Compensations for battery temperature and rate of charge or discharge are applied to the charge, discharge, and self-discharge calculations to provide available charge information across a wide range of operating conditions. Battery capacity is automatically recalibrated, or “learned,” in the course of a discharge cycle from full to empty. The bq2012 includes a charge control output that, when used with other full-charge safety termination methods, ensures that the battery is charged to the maximum rated voltage.

The LMK03000 family of precision clock conditioners combines the functions of jitter cleaning/reconditioning, multiplication, and distribution of a reference clock. The devices integrate a Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO), a high performance Integer-N Phase Locked Loop (PLL), a partially integrated loop filter, and up to eight outputs in various LVDS and LVPECL combinations. The VCO output is optionally accessible on the Fout port. Internally, the VCO output goes through a VCO Divider to feed the various clock distribution blocks. Each clock distribution block includes a programmable divider, a phase synchronization circuit, a programmable delay, a clock output mux, and an LVDS or LVPECL output buffer. This allows multiple integer-related and phase-adjusted copies of the reference to be distributed to eight system components. The clock conditioners come in a 48-pin LLP package and are footprint compatible with other clocking devices in the same family.

This document describes the features and characteristics of the MRF1513NT1 RF power field effect transistor. The transistor is designed for broadband commercial and industrial applications with frequencies up to 520 MHz. The high gain and broadband performance of this device make it ideal for large-signal, common source amplifier applications in 7.5 volt portable and 12.5 volt mobile FM equipment. At 520 MHz and 12.5 volts, the transistor has an output power of 3 watts, power gain of 11 dB, and efficiency of 55%. It is capable of handling a 20:1 VSWR and has excellent thermal stability. The transistor is characterized with series equivalent large-signal impedance parameters. The N suffix indicates lead-free terminations and it is RoHS compliant. It is available in tape and reel packaging.
