SH79F32 is an enhanced 8051 microcontroller with 32K bytes of Flash ROM, 256 bytes of RAM, 40 CMOS bidirectional I/O pins, 3 16-bit timers/counters, a 12-bit PWM timer, LCD driver, real-time clock, EUART0 and EUART1 (with IR), SPI interface, two-wire serial interface, 6-channel 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), built-in digital comparator, built-in low-voltage detection function (LPD), built-in low-voltage reset function (LVR), CPU machine cycle, watchdog timer (WDT), internal oscillator preheating counter, supports power saving modes: idle (Idle) mode and power-down (Power-down) mode.

SH79F32 is an 8051 compatible MCU with high speed, high efficiency and low power consumption. It integrates 32K bytes flash, 256 bytes RAM, 512 bytes external RAM, 3 16-bit timers/counters, 12-bit PWM timer, LCD driver, real-time clock, EUART, IR, TWI and SPI modules.
