LOGO! Application Manual introduces Siemens LOGO! series products' features and characteristics. LOGO! is an innovative general logic control module developed by Siemens in 1996. It fills the technological gap between traditional relays and PLCs and has now developed into a modular standard component product. The module itself integrates 8 basic functions such as “AND”, “OR”, “NOT” and 28 proprietary functions such as time timing, counters and analog processing. LOGO! uses internal function block programming to replace the external wiring scheme of traditional relay switches. In a small module, users can arbitrarily call the various function blocks they need to edit their own application programs, thus realizing the control tasks that require many timers, relays, clocks and contactors.
