The RBSS speed sensor is used for belt weighers, it provides a signal to a counter and calculates the flow of material passing through the belt conveyor. The RBSS monitors the speed of the belt conveyor belt and transmits the output signal via a cable connection to the counter. The RBSS is easy to install compactly with the belt weigher components and provides a signal generated by a rotating sensor wheel on the return belt. The crossbeam is positioned between the long support beams and installed between the front and rear rollers of the return belt. The self-weight ensures the position of the wheel in the middle of the return belt. A chain wheel with 60 teeth is driven by the wheel, and magnetic sensors emit pulses. The RBSS output can be used on any belt weigher counter.
