Hittite HMC314 handbook

This document describes the features and characteristics of the HMC314 GaAs InGaP HBT MMIC DRIVER AMPLIFIER. The amplifier operates from a single positive supply and incorporates a power down feature. It can be used as a broadband gain stage, providing 12dB of gain and +22dBm of saturated power. The amplifier is packaged in an ultra small SOT26 package.
