The HMC509LP5/509LP5E MMIC VCO is a wideband voltage-controlled oscillator with a frequency range of 7.8-8.8 GHz. It is fabricated using GaAs InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) and has excellent temperature, shock, and process performance. The VCO output power is +13 dBm and it is packaged in a leadless QFN 5x5 mm surface mount package, which does not require any external matching components.
