Hittite HMC226 DATA SHEET

The HMC226 is a high performance, low cost SPDT switch from Hittite Corporation. It is suitable for 450MHz, 900MHz and 1.8-2.0GHz applications of transmit and receive. The switch has a low insertion loss of 0.5-0.8dB and a high input compression point (P1dB) and third order intercept point (IP3). The switch is packaged in SOT26 and is powered by +3V. The input current is low, and it is compatible with CMOS and most TTL logic circuits.
