Hittite HMC290 handbook

This document describes the HMC290, a 2-bit positive control GaAs IC digital attenuator. It has a 2dB LSB step and a total attenuation of 6dB. It offers excellent accuracy with an insertion loss of less than 0.7dB and an IIP3 of up to +52dBm. The digital attenuator is suitable for applications in cellular communication, radio communication, and wireless access, among others.
