Hittite HMC264 handbook

HMC264 is a microwave mixer chip produced by Hittite Microwave Corporation. It uses GaAs PHEMT technology and works in the frequency range of 20-32 GHz. The input LO power is -4 dBm, the Vdd voltage is +3V or +4V, and the 2LO to RF isolation is 40 dB.
