Hittite HMC262 handbook

HMC262 is a low noise amplifier from HMC company. It uses GaAs PHEMT process to offer 25 dB gain and 2 dB noise figure with a single bias supply of + 3V @ 36 mA. This product can be used in microwave & millimeter wave point-to-point ra- dios, VSAT, and other SATCOM applications.
