HMC260 GaAs MMIC FUNDAMENTAL MIXER, 14 - 26 GHz is a passive double balanced mixer produced by Hittite Microwave Corporation. It can be used as a 14 to 26 GHz upconverter or downconverter. The mixer does not require external components or matching circuitry, and it can provide excellent LO to RF and LO to IF suppression.
