Hittite HMC259 handbook

The HMC259 is a broadband sub-harmonically pumped (x2) balanced MMIC passive mixer designed by Hittite Corporation. It has a wide frequency range of 28-40GHz and LO frequency range of 14-20GHz. It is suitable for 38GHz point-to-point radios, Local Multi-Point Distribution Systems (LMDS), and SATCOM applications.
