Hittite HMC239S8 handbook

This document describes the features and characteristics of the HMC239S8, a low-cost GaAs MMIC SPDT switch. The switch is suitable for low or medium power applications that require extremely fast switching with minimal insertion loss. It can control signals from DC to 2.5 GHz. The two control voltages require a minimal amount of DC current, making it optimal for battery powered radio systems.
