Hittite HMC197 handbook

The HMC197 is a GaAs MMIC SOT26 SPDT switch from Hittite that operates from DC to 3 GHz with low insertion loss and ultra small package. The device is ideal for 900 MHz, 1.8-2.2 GHz and 2.4 GHz ISM applications with insertion loss less than 1 dB.
