Hittite HMC165S14 handbook

The HMC165S14 is a low-cost GaAS MMIC SP4T switch from Hittite. It is suitable for antenna diversity, switched filter banks, gain/attenuation selection, and general channel multiplexing applications. The switch supports DC-2.0GHz frequency range, has a maximum input power of 22dBm, and a typical insertion loss of 0.3dB. The typical switching time is 25ns.
