Hittite HMC143 HMC144 handbook

This document describes the features and characteristics of the HMC143 and HMC144 chips, which are miniature double-balanced mixers suitable for applications such as microwave point-to-point radios and VSAT. The chips utilize a standard 1um GaAs MESFET process and provide broadband operation and excellent isolation. They are smaller and more reliable replacements for hybrid diode mixers.
