MICREL MM5450/5451 LED Display Driver Manual

The MM5450/5451 LED display driver is a monolithic MOS IC fabricated in an N-Channel, metal-gate process. It can be used in industrial control indicators, relay drivers, digital clocks, thermometers, counters, voltmeters, etc. It has the characteristics of continuous brightness control, serial data input, no load signal requirement, enable, wide power supply operation, TTL compatibility, 34 or 35 outputs, 15mA current capability, and alphanumeric capability.
