The BaseLine desktop telephone key features include easy to use, message waiting lamp, hold key, 13 memories, 3 direct memories, adjustable ringing tone, adjustable ringing volume, last number redial, mute in handset, ringer LED, and save key. The BaseLine analogue telephone is designed for the business user, providing a more robust set compared to a regular consumer set. It is optimized for the business users' environment and offers PBX-specific functionality such as transfer facilities supported by a special yellow Hold key and a Message Waiting Lamp for voicemail use. The physical characteristics of the BaseLine telephone include dimensions of 160 x 205 x 62 mm (w x d x h), a weight of 675 g, and a dark grey/charcoal color. The packaging size is 215 x 237 x 58 mm (w x d x h). The BaseLine operates in temperature ranges of -5°C to +45°C (rated) and -15°C to +55°C (transport), with relative humidity ranges of 10% to 90% RH (rated) and 5% to 95% RH (transport). It is line powered and can connect up to 3 sets to one PBX port, which reduces to 1 if message waiting is enabled on the set. The BaseLine supports two types of message waiting indication: polarity reversal and high voltage. Transmission settings and voice quality are in compliance with the European telecom requirement TBR38 C.
