ANALOG DEVICES AD652 handbook

AD652 is a synchronous voltage-to-frequency converter (SVFC) produced by Analog Devices. It has a full-scale frequency range of up to 2MHz, extremely low linearity error (maximum 0.005% at 1MHz FS, 0.02% maximum at 2MHz FS), accurate 5V reference voltage, low drift (maximum 25 ppm/°C), dual- or single-supply operation, voltage or current input, and is compliant with MIL-STD-883.
