ANALOG DEVICES AD9430 handbook

Update: 28 September, 2023

The AD9430 is a 12-bit, monolithic, sampling analog-to-digital converter (ADC) optimized for high performance, low power, and ease of use. It features a SNR of 65 dB and an ENOB of 10.6 bits for input signals at 70 MHz and 210 MSPS. It offers excellent linearity with an SFDR of 80 dBc and DNL of ±0.3 LSB. The ADC provides multiple output data options, including demultiplexed 3.3V CMOS outputs, interleaved or parallel data output, and LVDS at 210 MSPS. It has a 700 MHz full-power analog bandwidth, on-chip reference and track-and-hold, and operates with a 3.3V supply. The AD9430 consumes 1.3 W of power at 210 MSPS and has a 1.5V input voltage range. It also features a clock duty cycle stabilizer and provides a data sync input and data clock output.
