MITSUBISHI PM50CLA060 Manual

This document describes the features and characteristics of the MITSUBISHI Intelligent Power Module PM50CLA060, released in May 2005. It adopts a new 5th generation IGBT (CSTBT) chip, which improves performance. The module also has temperature protection and error output capabilities, and comes in a smaller package. It is suitable for general purpose inverters, servo drives, and other motor control applications.
