PM50RLA060 is a three-phase 50A, 600V current-sense inverter from Mitsubishi Electric. It features the following: use of the fifth-generation CSTBT chip, which improves performance, with a typical Vce(sat) of 1.5V @Tj=125°C; use of CSTBT chip Tj detection for over-temperature protection, with error output possible from both the upper and lower arms of the IPM; a new small package that reduces the size by 10% and the thickness by 22%; an increase in the current rating of the braking section by 60% for the current rating of the inverter section of 3.7kW.
