This document is the datasheet of MITSUBISHI PM300RLA060 FLAT-BASE TYPE INSULATED PACKAGE. It introduces the features of the product, including the adoption of the new 5th generation IGBT chip, improved performance, over-temperature protection using CSTBT chip Tj detection, and the ability to output error signals from each fuse. The current rating has been increased by 50% and is used in 30kW class inverters. It has the characteristic of silence.
