This document describes the features and characteristics of the MITSUBISHI PM100RL1A120 FLAT-BASE TYPE INSULATED PACKAGE, released in May 2009. The product adopts a new 5th generation Full-Gate CSTBTTM chip and features over-temperature protection. It also allows for error output signals from all protection upper and lower arms of the IPM. The product is suitable for general purpose inverters, servo drives, and other motor control applications.
