This document introduces the features and characteristics of the MITSUBISHI Intelligent Power Module PM150CS1D060, released in November 2008. The module features an inverter + drive and protection IC, 3-phase 150A/600V CSTBTTM, monolithic gate drive and protection logic, detection, protection and status indication circuits for short-circuit, over-temperature and under-voltage. It is suitable for general purpose inverters, servo drives and other motor control applications.
