MITSUBISHI PM50B4LA060 user manual

This document introduces the MITSUBISHI Intelligent Power Module PM50B4LA060, released in June 2005. The module adopts the 5th generation IGBT chip, which improves performance. It has over-temperature protection and can detect the temperature of the chips and output error signals. Additionally, it has a new small package, reducing size by 10% and thickness by 22%. The module is suitable for photovoltaic power conditioners.
