MITSUBISHI PM75B4LB060 user manual

The PM75B4LB060 is a new IGBT Intelligent Power Module from Mitsubishi Electric. It uses the fifth-generation CSTBT TM chip, which provides improved performance. For example, the typical Vce(sat) is 1.55V @ Tj = 125 °C. Over-temperature protection can be achieved by detecting the Tj of the CSTBT TM chips, and error output is possible from all each conservation upper and lower arm of IPM. The PM75B4LB060 uses a new small package that is 10% smaller and 22% thinner than the S-DASH series.
