MITSUBISHI M54585KP Manual

M54585KP is an 8-unit Darlington transistor array with clamping diodes. It is made of NPN transistors and performs high-current driving with extremely low input-current supply. The M54585KP has high breakdown voltage (BVCEO ≥ 50V), high-current driving (IC(max) = 500mA), with clamping diodes, driving available with TTL output or with PMOS IC output, and shrink small outline package. It can be used for driving relays and printers, digit drives of indication elements such as LEDs and lamps, and MOS-bipolar logic IC interfaces.
