MITSUBISHI SEMICONDUCTOR PS22056 Manual

PS22056 is a dual-in-line package intelligent power module that uses 4th generation IGBT technology and integrates drive, protection and system control functions. The module has a rated voltage of 1200V and a rated current of 25A, and is used in AC400V 0.2kW~3.7kW inverter drives for small power motor control.
