MITSUBISHI SEMICONDUCTOR PS21961-4S Manual

This document describes the features and characteristics of the PS21961-4S Integrated Power Functions module. The module is a 600V/3A low-loss RC-IGBT inverter bridge with N-side three phase output DC-to-AC power conversion. It is of open emitter type and is suitable for AC100V~200V inverter drive for small power motor control.
