This document describes the instructions for using the Turtle Progesterone (P) Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) Kit, as well as the composition of the kit and the operating steps. The kit is used to measure the progesterone (P) content in turtle serum, plasma, and related liquid samples, using a double antibody sandwich method.
