The SPW31002D is a bipolar integrated circuit produced by SeCoSGmbH company. It is designed for telephone bell replacement. It has a small current consumption and an internal threshold circuit that prevents false triggering due to power noise as well as "chirps" due to rotary dial.

Also included are protective features hysteresis, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, proprammable output deadtime, and latch for single pulse metering.

The SPWLM386D is a power amplifier designed for use in low voltage consumer applications. The gain is internally set to 20 to keep external part count low, but the addittion of an external resistor and capacitor between pin 1 and pin 8 will increase the gain to any value up from 20 to 200.

The SPWNE555D is a highly stable timer integrated circuit manufactured by Elektronische Bauelemente. It can be operated in Astable mode and Monostable mode. With monostable operation, the time delay is controlled by one external and one capacitor. With a stable operation, the frequency and duty cycle are accurately controlled with two external resistors and one capacitor. The chip is used for precision timing, pulse generation and time delay generation.

2SD2403Q is a plastic-encapsulated NPN silicon epitaxial planar transistor produced by SeCoSGmbH. It is suitable for switching and amplifier applications. This product is also available in the TO-223 case with the type designation PZT2403.
