Powerex IGBTMOD™ Modules are designed for use in switching applications. Each module consists of one IGBT Transistor in a single configuration with a reverse-connected super-fast recovery free-wheel diode. All components and interconnects are isolated from the heat sinking baseplate, offering simplified system assembly and thermal management. Features include low drive power, low VCE(sat), discrete super-fast recovery (135ns) free-wheel diode, high frequency operation (20-25kHz), and isolated baseplate for easy heat sinking. Applications include AC motor control, motion/servo control, UPS, welding power supplies, and laser power supplies.

This product is a 1200V, 150A dual IGBTMOD™ power module, which adopts a half-bridge configuration and has low drive power, low VCE(sat), discrete super-fast recovery free-wheel diode, and isolated baseplate for easy heat sinking. It can be used for AC motor control, UPS and battery powered supplies applications.

BCR5AM-12 is a thyristor switch element produced by Powerex, with an rated voltage of 400-600V and a rated current of 5A. It is suitable for AC switch, heating, motor control and lighting applications.
