UFP1610 THRU UFP1660 is a high-power unidirectional silicon controlled rectifier with low forward voltage drop, high current, high reliability, low power loss, high efficiency, high surge current, high switching speed and low leakage.

SM101 THRU SM107 are high temperature glass passivated Schottky diodes, packaged in JEDEC MELF(DO-41) plastic body, and are suitable for surface mount applications. Its maximum rated voltage is 1000V, the maximum recurrent peak reverse voltage is 50V, the maximum average forward rectified current is 1A, the maximum instantaneous forward voltage is 100V, the maximum direct current reverse current is 200mA, the maximum direct current reverse blocking voltage is 100V, the typical thermal resistance is 140℃/W, the maximum reverse recovery time is 20us, and the operating temperature range is -55℃ to +175℃.
