The DO7010 is a very rugged and very compact, portable digital ohmmeter for the measurement of low resistance. It features true 4 wire measurement to eliminate lead resistance errors, 4 ranges from 6 milli ohm to 6 ohm, and a resolution of 1 micro ohm on the 6 milli ohm range. The instrument has a graphics display with backlight, supports 3 languages, and allows for forward and reverse current measurement. It also has an auto average function for forward and reverse measurement, true zero offset, and a built-in test resistor for confidence check. Other features include hi-lo limits with audible and visual warning, small size and light weight (<4Kg), 1 and 10 Amp measuring current even on the 600 milli ohm range, data logging with up to 1000 readings stored with date and time stamp, automatic measurement trigger when leads are connected to DUT, RS232 interface with option remote terminal for operation up to 15 meters distance, and rechargeable NiMh batteries with charge indicator and easily replaceable battery pack.
