STTH1R06 is an ultrafast high voltage rectifier with features of ultrafast switching, low reverse recovery current, low thermal resistance, and reduced switching and conduction losses. It is suitable for use as a boost diode in power factor correction circuitry and as a free wheeling diode in power supplies and other power switching applications.
