M95320-A125/A145 is a 32Kbit serial SPI bus EEPROM with high-speed clock. It features 32Kbits (4Kbytes) of EEPROM, 32 bytes of page size, 1/4, 1/2 or whole memory write protection, an additional write-lockable page (Identification page), high clock frequency 20MHz (VCC≥4.5V), 10MHz (VCC≥2.5V), 5MHz (VCC≥1.8V), and Schmitt trigger inputs for noise filtering.

The M24C64-A125 is a 64-Kbit serial I²C bus EEPROM from STMicroelectronics that is compatible with all I2C bus modes, including 1 MHz, 400 kHz and 100 kHz. It supports 40 years data retention, 1.8V to 5.5V wide operating voltage range and 125 °C temperature range

The L6571 is a high voltage half bridge driver with a built-in oscillator. The frequency of the oscillator can be programmed using an external resistor and capacitor. The internal circuitry allows the device to also be driven by an external logic signal. The output drivers are designed to drive external n-channel power MOSFET and IGBT. The internal logic ensures a dead time to avoid cross-conduction of the power devices. Two versions are available: L6571A and L6571B. They differ in the internal dead time: 1.25μs and 0.72μs (typical).

The L6574 is a high voltage driver designed for lamp ballast applications. It is manufactured with BCD OFF LINE technology to ensure voltage ratings above 600V. The L6574 is capable of driving two power MOS-FETs in a half bridge topology to drive and control a fluorescent bulb.
