The LTC ®1454/LTC1454L are complete single supply, dual rail-to-rail voltage output, 12-bit digital-to-analog converters (DACs) in a 16-lead SO package. They include an output buffer amplifier with variable gain (×1 or ×2) and an easy-to-use 3-wire cascadable serial interface. The LTC1454 has an onboard reference of 2.048V and a full-scale output of 4.095V in a ×2 gain configuration. It operates from a single 4.5V to 5.5V supply. The LTC1454L has an onboard 1.22V reference and a full-scale output of 2.5V in a ×2 gain configuration. It operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply.

The RH1078M is a micropower dual op amp in the standard 8-pin configuration. This device is optimized for single supply operation at 5V. Specifications for ±15V are also provided. The wafer lots are processed to LTC’s in-house Class S flow to yield circuits usable in stringent military applications.

LTC1591/LTC1597 are 5V single supply 14-bit and 16-bit parallel input multiplying current output DACs. Their INL and DNL are accurate to 1LSB over the industrial temperature range in both 2 and 4 quadrant multiplying modes. True 16-bit 4 quadrant multiplication is achieved with on-chip 4 quadrant multiplication resistors. These DACs also include an internal deglitcher circuit which reduces the glitch impulse to less than 2nV-s (typ). The asynchronous CLR pin resets the LTC1591/LTC1597 to zero scale and LTC1591-1/LTC1597-1 to midscale. LTC1591/LTC1597 are available in 28-pin SSOP and PDIP packages and are specified over the industrial temperature range. The LT1158 is a half-bridge N-channel power MOSFET driver that operates at supply voltages from 5V to 30V. Its features include fast transition times, continuous current limit protection, auto shutdown and retry capability, internal charge pump for DC operation, built-in gate voltage protection, compatibility with current-sensing MOSFETs, and fault output indication.

The LT1236 is a precision reference from Linear Technology that combines ultra-low drift and noise with excellent long-term stability and high output accuracy. It has a wide operating temperature range and can be used in both series and shunt mode.

The LT5520 is a high linearity, low power single chip RF upconverting mixer from LTC company. It works in the frequency range of 1.3GHz to 2.3GHz, supports single-ended LO input, and has an integrated LO buffer, RF output transformer, no external matching components, and an enable function with low off-state leakage current.

The LT6552 is a video difference amplifier optimized for low voltage single supply operation. It features uncommitted high input impedance (+) and (–) inputs and can be used in differential or single-ended configurations.

The LT1942 is a highly integrated quad switching regulator designed to provide all necessary power supply functions for TFT displays, including the white LED backlight driver. The TFT supply incorporates two boost and one inverting DC/DC converters. The TFT supply output voltages are independently set, unlike charge pump solutions which have many limitations. Power sequencing for the TFT supply is built into the part and is user programmable. The LED driver is a boost DC/DC converter that can be independently controlled. The LED driver has built-in dimming control for precise control of LED current. An 8:1 dimming range is achieved by adjusting the CTRL4 voltage.The user can elect to drive a single string or two strings of LEDs. An LED ballast circuit is included to precisely match the LED currents if two strings of LEDs are used. Soft-start is built into the LED driver as well as the primary TFT supply. The LT1942 is available in a low profile (0.75mm) 24-lead QFN (4mm × 4mm) package.

The LT3496 is a triple output DC/DC converter designed to operate as a constant-current source and is ideal for driving LEDs. The LT3496 works in buck, boost or buck-boost mode. The LT3496 uses a fixed frequency, current mode architecture resulting in stable operation over a wide range of supply and output voltages. A frequency adjust pin allows the user to program switching frequency between 330kHz and 2.1MHz to optimize efficiency and external component size. The LT3496 supports 3000:1 dimming control on each channel. Each of the three regulators is independently operated by that channel’s PWM signal. The PWM feature allows precise adjustment of the color mixing or dimming ratio of the LED source. Each of the three channels has a built-in gate driver to drive an external LED-disconnect P-channel MOSFET, allowing high dimming range. The output current range of each channel of the LT3496 is programmed with an external sense resistor. The CTRL pin is used to adjust the LED current either for analog dimming or overtemperature protection.

The LTC1754-3.3/LTC1754-5 is a micropower, regulated 3.3V/5V charge pump with shutdown in SOT-23. It features ultralow power (IIN = 13µA), regulated output voltage (3.3V ±4%, 5V ±4%), 5V output current of 50mA (VIN≥ 3.0V), 3.3V output current of 40mA (VIN≥ 2.5V).

The LTC1751 is a micropower, regulated charge pump DC/DC converter that produces a regulated output voltage at up to 100mA. The input voltage range is 2V to 5.5V. Extremely low operating current (20µA typical with no load) and low external parts count (one flying capacitor and two small bypass capacitors at VIN and VOUT) make them ideally suited for small, battery-powered applications. The LTC1751 family operate as Burst ModeTM switched capacitor voltage doublers to achieve ultralow quiescent current. They have thermal shutdown capability and can survive a continuous short circuit from VOUT to GND. The PGOOD pin on the LTC1751-3.3 and LTC1751-5 indicates when the output voltage has reached its final value and if the output has an undervoltage fault condition. The FB pin

The LT1944 is a dual micropower step-up DC/DC converter from Linear Technology Corporation. The converter is packaged in a 10-pin MSOP package and has an operating voltage range of 1.2V to 15V. The converter can output up to 350mA of current and has a static current of only 20µA. The switch voltage is 36V and the converter can easily generate up to 34V of output voltage without the use of a transformer.

The LTC6903/LTC6904 are low power self contained digital frequency sources providing a precision frequency from 1kHz to 68MHz, set through a serial port. The LTC6903/LTC6904 require no external components other than a power supply bypass capacitor, and they operate over a single wide supply range of 2.7V to 5.5V. The LTC6903/LTC6904 feature a proprietary feedback loop that linearizes the relationship between digital control setting and frequency, resulting in a very simple frequency setting equation. The LTC6903 is controlled by a convenient SPI compatible serial interface. The LTC6904 uses an industry standard I2C compatible interface.
