ADR370 is a 2.048 V SOT-23 precision low power voltage reference produced by Analog Devices

The ADR360/ADR361/ADR363/ADR364/ADR365/ADR366 is a low power, low noise voltage reference with sink/source capability from Analog Devices. It features a TSOT-23-5 package, low temperature coefficient, low initial accuracy, ultralow output noise, low dropout, low supply current, no external capacitor required, output current of +5mA/-1mA, and wide temperature range. It is suitable for battery-powered instrumentations, portable medical instrumentations, data acquisition systems, industrial process controls, and automotive applications.
